Effects of Different Nitrogen and Potassium Levels on Agronomic Characters and Yield of Peanut

In order to verify the correlation between nitrogen and potassium fertilizers and their effects on peanut yield and agronomic characters,the random block design with three levels of nitrogen and two levels of potassium was conducted at the same level of phosphate fertilizer. The results showed that based on the basal application of 15 kg P2O5 per 666. 7m2,the peanut yield reached the highest under the treatment of fertilizing N 20 kg and K2 O 20 kg(N20K20),and then the treatment of N15K20. The N15K20 treatment was benefit to pod development,increase of pod number,decrease of immature and rotted pod number,and increase of population resistance to lodging. The cooperativity of nitrogen and phosphorus was higher than that of nitrogen and potassium,and also that of phosphorus and potassium. Potassium had the highest correlation with yield,followed by phosphorus and nitrogen.
