Application of Reactive Power Optimization Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm with Tabu Search in Power System

In order to solve problems of weak local search and premature convergence in the particle swarm algorithm(PSO),the paper put forward a tabu search(TS) thinking into the hybrid particle swarm algorithm and the algorithm is applied to reactive power optimization.Improved PSO algorithm is a combination of fast,random and the advantages of global convergence,but also with tabu local search optimization capabilities.Through the IEEE-30 bus test system,Tongling power grid makes actual simulation,and compared with other algorithms,the results show that the algorithm can achieve a better global optimal solution, both the convergence speed,but also improves the convergence precision.
