Research on high-frequency soft-magnet properties of low magnetic moment high power microwave ferrite

XIA Ai-lin,HU Guo-guang,LOU Ming-lian,YI Ping(Department of Physics, Anhui University, Hefei230039,China)  
The composite garnet ferrite YGdCaVInAlIG was prepared by the conventional ceramic method. The effect of Al content on its high-frequency soft-magnet properties was analyzed. As a result, with the increase of Al content, Ms and Tc were decreased obviously and the density was increased lightly.
