A fourth-order exponential difference scheme and it's applications in FDTD

This paper describes a new exponential scheme. It is shown that the new scheme has the virtue of high precision without increasing memory requirement compared to two-order center scheme. Accuracy of the new approach is verified by numerical examples. At the end of this paper, the problem of reflection of column concave surface is calculated, and the field distribution of concave surface is given.
