Study on the cause of formation and control countermeasures of PM_(10) pollution in urban area of Hefei City

This paper utilizes the monitoring data of inhalable particulate matter (PM_ 10 ) in 4 automatic monitoring station of Hefei City from 2001 to 2003.On the basis of analysis the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of PM_ 10yearly,monthly mean concentration and daily mean concentration ratio that surpass the national standard, study the main causes of the formation of PM_ 10 pollution from main factors:metrological condition,ground situation and discharge sources of pollutants.Finally put forward a series of comprehensive countermeasures for control PM_ 10 pollution and improve the environmental air quality in Hefei City,such as: control burning discharge by enhancing legalization,reduce dust pollution through integral measures,strengthen treatment and management for pollution from automobile vehicle exhaust emission,reinforce the construction of eco-environment to enlarge city air environmental capacity and so on.
