An evaluation algorithm of image scrambling degree based on the image area

Digital image scrambling technology is the usual method for the digital image encryption,information hiding,and digital watermarking.And how to evaluate the scrambling degree is a hot subject in recent years.According to the principle that the gray-scale spatial area of the digital image would vary with the changes of the pixel points' positions after the scrambling,this thesis proposed an evaluation algorithm of image scrambling degree based on the area of the image.The experimental results indicated that this algorithm could reflect the relations between the scrambling times and the scrambling degree well,which basically was consistent with the vision of the human.
