TTC-dehydrogenase Activity of the Tissues from Fructification of Plurotus ostreatus

In this paper TTC-dehydrogenase activity of the tissues from fructifications ofPlurotus ostreatus is reported. TTC dehydrogenase activity of the lamella tissues isgradually on the increase along with growth. during fructification development, but TTCdehydrogenase activity of the tissues from the stipe and context is gradually reduced. Thedehydrogenase activity of the tissues from outside and epidermis is higher than other interiortissues in the same developmental phase of fructification (more than 5cm).
