Preliminary Study New Method of Extraction Panaquilon from P.Qumquefolius L.Fibrous Root

In this study we added adequate amount of yeasts to P. Qurnquefolius L. Fibrous root powder infusion, which was fermented at a constant temperature. Extraction was operated while fermenting. Our results showed that the method,like the chemical method being generally used at present, could take out the active principle panaqulon and the fermentation liquid contained 17 amino acids.
