Study on Anti-fatigue of Oyster Oral Liquid

The main material of oyster oral liquid (OOL) was oyster (Ostrea gigas Thunberg) meat. This paper studied the anti-fatigue function of OOL with the swimming time length of loaded mice, the concentrations of mouse blood urine nitrogen and mouse blood lactic acid as indeces. The results showed that when mice were fed with OOL in three groups of low, middle and high doses(1.67mL/kg·d,8.33mL/kg·d and 25.0mL/kg·d) for 22d, the swimming time of lodaed mice in low dosage and middle dosage groups was apparently prolonged (p0.05), and the concentrations of mouse blood urine nitrogen and mouse blood lactic acid in all three groups were apparently lowered (p0.05). According to the standard for health food, OOL possesed anti-fatigue health function.
