IDENTIFICATION METHOD OF NATURAL JADEITE AND OPTIMUM TREATMENT JADEITE BY RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY

Raman spectroscopy is a new technique for gem identification.It is a very convenient,quick and non-destructive means to check gem samples.This paper presents a method that identifies natural jadeite and optimally treated jadeite by the characteristic peak and fluorescence information of Raman spectrum.
