ADVANCES IN STUDY ON THE INDICATORS OF PALAEOCLIMATIC AND PALAEOENVIRONMENTAL EVOLVEMENT IN THE PAST 2.5MA

GUAN Hou-chun1,LI Yun-huai1,YANG Xi-fei2(1.Anhui Institte of Geological Survey,Hefei 230001,Anhui,China;2.School of Natural Resources and Environmental Engineering,Hefei University of Technology,Hefei 230009,Anhui,China)
The theory and its applications at home and abroad on the indicators of palaeoclimatic and palaeoenvironmental evolvement in the past 2.5Ma are reviewed in this paper, with emphasis being put on magnetic susceptibility,pollen,δ13C,grain size, geochemical characterization and fractal, including an initial analysis made for the physical mechanism on the increase of magnetic susceptibility and the theory on the palaeoclimatic and palaeoenvironmental construction with δ13C.Based on this review, future research tendencies are discussed.
