ON THE LATE ARCHEAN TTG-GNEISS IN THE NORTHERN JIANGHUAI AREA

Tu Yinjiu(N0.312 team,Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources of Anhui Province)
Showing weak or no negative Eu anomaly, the gray gneiss,n1ainly high-alumina type,in North Jianghuaiis derived from plutonicly intruded tonalite-trondjemite-granodiorite. From tonalite to trondjemite, the contents ofTiO_2 ,FeO, CaO,MgO decrease, while the fractionation of the rare earth elements increases in degree。It is concludedthat the gray gneiss comes from the partial melting of amphibolite under compressive tectonic condition in the Soumeast-ern margin of the North China Platform in the period of late Archean.
