THE DISCOVERY OF VEINED DACITE BRECCIATED LAVA IN YUEXI, ANHUI AND ITS IMPLICATIONS

The veined dacite brecciated lave was discovered in the hinterland of Dabie Mt.s during the authors’carrying out 1: 50000 scale regional survey. The petrology, petrochemistry and geochemistry of rocks suggest that they may be compared with the volcanies cycle in Maotangchang, North Huaiyang . It bears significance to realizing the thermal uplifting erosion history of Dabie orogen.
