THE BAIMAJIAN SUPER-UNIT ASSOCIATION CHARACTERISTICS AND ITS GENETIC MECHANISM

Based on mapping in detail,the Baimajian composite complex is disintegrated into 91 intrusions,belonging to 6 units of 3 superunits.They were all derived from the crust-mantle mixed magma as a result of the Yanshanian Movement.The rock evolution is from granodiorite to monzogranite to K-granite,corresponding to magmatic activities from weak to intense to weak,rising upward in episodes with a tendency of northeastward migration.The Baimajian super-unit association was defined by double factors of regional tectonic activity and magmatic evolution itself.
