New Model of College Chinese Teaching Based on the Role Change

The paper puts forward a new model of Chinese teaching in colleges.This new teaching model based on role reversal has a wide range of teaching positive effects,which can not only stimulate students′ interest in learning Chinese and eliminate the morale of misunderstanding and resentment about the course,but also can increase students′ focus and sense of participation,help students overcome low self-esteem psychology,practically train and improve students′ organizational abilities,skills and innovative capacity.The teaching model requires teachers to make accurate role orientation,the teachers should become a director,a guide and facilitator for students in Chinese teaching from the main role in classroom activities.
