STYDY ON THE BENDING FATIGUE PROPERTIES OF THE CONSTRUCTIONAL STEEL HARDENED BY THE HIGH POWER INDUCTION PULSF PROCESS

The constructional steel specimens hardened by high powerinduction pulse process give super-hardness, high fatigue limit and high temper-ing resistance. the results of analysis show that high residual compresive stressand fine scattered martensite units are the main cause of improving fatigue pro-perties.
