Flocculation Treatment of Acrylic Polymeric Wastewater

Chen Jun(Anqing Institute of Environmental Protection, Anqing 246003)  
This paper introduces the study on the flocculation treatment of acrylic polymeric wastewater by using alum,ferric chloride and ferrous sulphate as coagulants. The research result shows that the optimum pH values of alum,ferric chloride and ferrous sulphate are respectively 8.5, 8.5 and 9. At their optimal pH values,the optimial volums of these coagulants are 200mg/l,250mg/l and 400mg/l respectively.
