The Effect of Cr_2O_3 on the Properties of Molybdenum Nitride Film Electrode

Zhao Donglin Li Xueliang(School of Chemical Engineering ,Hefei University of Technology,Hefei 230009)  
Molybdenum nitride were prepared by temperature programming gas solid reaction of ammonia with molybdenum trioxide and Cr2O3. Reaction products have been investigated and studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and XRD .The results show that the specific capacitance of modified electrode was considerably increased and the operation voltage was broadened with Cr2O3. The result shows remarkable reproducibility of discharge/recharge behavior.
