Preparation of SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2 Solid Superacid by Improving Preparation Condition and Adding Cerium

Various solid superacid SO42-/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method and addition of rare earth Cerium ions. Effect of preparation conditions on catalytic activity were studied, such as aged temperature, concentration of H2SO4,concentration of Cerium ions and roasting temperature . The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,BET,IR,DSC and base indicators method respectively. The results shows :Two methods doping rare earth metal can improve the catalytic activity,increase its specific surface areas and specific activity, avoid loss of active ingredients,boost up its reused capability. Comparatively,physical method doping Ce4+ is more efficient than chemical method in improving the catalytic activity,and reverse in avoiding loss of active ingredient.
