A study of feeding protein inverted from brewer's grains by biological method

The cultural conditions of fermentation brewer's grains to produce feeding proteins using Asp. niger， G.candidum,C.tropicalis， Candidauilis and cellulase were reported by means of orthogonalizing process .The optimal culture conditions were : brewer's grain∶ wheat bran∶ bean cake=80∶ 15∶ 10, water content 60％ ,pH6.0,inoculatian size 2％ , culture temperature 30℃ for 72 h. The analysis of the fermented products showed that content of crude proteins of the fermented products reached 41.52％ .
