Internal flow field analysis of large plastic pump impeller

In order to obtain the type of plastic pump impeller internal flow field flow pressure,velocity distribution to provide a basis for the design of the impeller,under the given working conditions,as well as the structure parameters of plastic pump impeller,this paper sets up the three-dimensional model of plastic impeller by the Pro/E,then uses the CFD software to carry on the grid division for it.Through the internal flow field numerical simulation of pump impeller when it is moving,obtains the pressure of the flow field and the speed of distribution.After analysis and comparison,the working impeller's main stress spot in the working surface exit of the leaf blade is gained.
