TIME DOMAIN METHOD OF AERODYNAMIC INSTABILITY ON LARGE-SPAN ROOF STRUCTURES WITH CABLES AND MEMBRANES

MAO Hui-min(Construction Group Corp.of Fuyang City, Anhui,Hefei,263000,China)  
An aerodynamic force model which is expressed by shape coefficients was adopted,applying Newmark′s β-method together with Newton Raphson to nonlinear dynamic increment equilibrium equation under wind-loading to obtain a time domain method which was used for aerodynamic instability of large-span cable and membrane structures.The results show that based on the characteristic of strong geometric-nonlinear structures with cables and membranes,the time domain method is effective,and provided for reference to similar problems.
