Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis of Steel Corrosion Damage to the Bearing Behavior of R.C.Girder

Zhou Gang(School of Urban Construction,Yangtze University,Jingzhou 434023,China)  
Finite element analysis model is built to study steel corrosion damage to R.C.girder;nonlinear spring unit is used to imitate the bonding and slipping actions between steel bar and concrete;how the diameter of longitudinal steel,thickness of concrete cover and grade of concrete strength affect bearing behavior of corrosion R.C.girder is discussed respectively in the paper,which may provide reference for the further engineering application.
