Influence of Mineral Admixture on the Property of Light-weight Aggregate Concrete

Cheng Duosong (Wuhu Supervision Station for Engineering Quality,Wuhu 241000,China)  
Based on the research of the application of mineral admixture to light-weight aggregate concrete,it sums up the influence of mineral admixture on the working and mechanical property as well as the durability of light-weight aggregate concrete. And the mechanism of action indicates that mineral admixture can increase largely the slump,strength and permeability-frost-resistance of light-weight aggregate concrete. Meanwhile the application of mineral admixture to light-weight aggregate concrete has realized the sustainable uses of fly ash and slag.
