Factors that influence fruits preservation after pick up

Wang Hui Zhou Shoubiao Niu Yan(College of life science in Anhui Normal University,Conservation and Utilization of Biotic Resources of Key Lab in Anhui Province,wuhu 2410001)  
The economic benefits come from produce,preservation and sales.The quality of fruits depends on the quality of conservation condition which directly effects the sales market and prices.Based on the accomplishment of the researches before,we have overviewed a variety of factors that influence the preservation of fruits after being picking up and then preservation.These factors are hormone,air regulating,low temperature,calcium processing,thermo-processing and O_3 fresh-keeping,etc.
