Effect of Milkvetch on Broiler Immunity

120 chickens were randomly divided into four groups(A, B,C,D) and 30 chickens per group.Besides one group(D) as control,the other groups were given 60g(A),40g(B) and 20g(C) per kilogram feed containing milkvetch when 8 days old,respectively.All chickens were killed at 15,22 and 29 days old.Lymphocyte transformation rate and antibody level of NDV were detected.Chicken's specific and nonspecific immunity were enhanced in all astragalus groups and without significant difference between A and B group.
