Methods for Rapidly Extracting Total RNA from Stone Fruits

Dai Yongxin Yang Xiangkun Wang Lin(Department of Horticulture,College of Agriculture,Shihezi University,Xinjiang 832003)  
Leaves and cortex from stone fruits(peach,plum,apricot,almond) were used as material.RNA isolation methods suitable for stone fruits were screened out by modified SDS-method.RNAs of high purity and good integrity were obtained by the two modified methods,of which the one-step method was characterized with simplicity,swiftness and money-saving.
