Effect of Satsuma Mandarin with Bag on Nutrient Compositions

The effect of Satsuma mandarin(Managua)with bag on nutrient compositions was studied in this paper and the results were following: Comparing to un-bagging,the compositions of total sugar,reducing sugar,cane sugar,asylum,organic acid,vitamin C,Ca,Zn,Fe and protein of fruit fell off sharply after bagging;whereas,the contents of crude fiber,corticoid,mineral ash,P and fattiness of fruit,which there were not any marked difference between bagging and CK.
