The Effect of Allelochemicals of Pinus massoniana root on its seed germination

Hu Zongqing(Fujian Forestry Professional and Technological College,Nanping 353000)  
Allelochemicals of Pinus massoniana root was extracted and isolated by supercritical fluid extraction technology and seed germination was done in this paper.The results showed that: On the extraction condition of non-entrainer,the allelochemicals of Pinus massoniana root extracted by the condition 1 and condition 2 had inhibitoty effect on germination of Pinus massoniana seed;That on the extraction condition of entrainer,the allelochemicals of Pinus massoniana root extracted by the condition 1 asolation Ⅱ and condition 2 had inhibitoty effect on germination of Pinus massoniana seed.
