Study on Application of Irradiation Technology on Food Preservation

Irradiation is a new process of food preservation,which has tremendous development foreground and practical value.This paper deals with the application of irradiation technique on many kinds of food preservation,analyzing the processed advantage of radiation food safety and the influence of the product nutrient content.
