Studies on Genetic Transformation System of Lettuce Mediated by Agrobacterium Tumefacie

Effects of some facors on transformation were studied with cotyledon and hypocotyl from lettuce.The facors is time of precultured,time of inoculated,content of Agrobacterium and time of cocultured.The result shows that cotyledon and hypocotyl were precultured for 2 days,inoculate for 5 minutes,OD600=0.5 and coculture for 2 days are adapt for genetic transformation of lettuce.
