Studies on Application of Fruit and Vegetable Quality Modifier to Conservatory Strawberry

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the fruit and vegetable quality modifier on plant growth and titratable acid,total soluble solids(TSS) and sugar content of 'zhangji' strawberry.The results showed that the fruit and vegetable quality improver can enhance the total dissoluble sugar conten which is higest in the treatment of employing fruit and vegetable quality improver diluted 1:1000.and decrease the content of titratable acid which was the lowest in the one of 1:500.Total Soluble solids and ratio of total Soluble solids to titratable acid were added.Comprehensive evaluation,it is appropriate to employ the fruit and vegetable quality modifier diluted by 1:1000,but 1:500 can be used to reduce the acidity
