Effect of spraying PP333 on membrane permeability and proline content in Featua fubra L. under salt stress

In this experiment,we spraied 50 mg·L-1,100 mg·L-1 and 200 mg·L-1 of PP333 on the turfgrass,red fescue(Featua fubra L),under 1% salt stress,measured membrane permeability by conductivity method,and determined proline concentration by ninhydrin colorimetry,which evaluate the ability of PP333 improving salt-tolerance of the red fescue.The results showed that only 50 mg·L-1 of PP333 could make the proline concentration of red fescue very significantly increase,but that the membrane permeability increasing as the concentration of PP333 rising.
