Allelopathic Effect of Allelochemicals of Chinese fir Stump on Germination of Chinese fir seed after decomposed six monthes

Allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump were extracteda by solvent mixed with distilled water affter six months of decomposition,and bioassey of Chinese fir seeds were done in this paper.The result showed that little-polar allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump had marked inhibitory effect on Absolute germination potential,fresh weight and dry weight.Polar allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump had inhibitory effect on Absolute germination potential,radical length and plumular axis length,and the inhibition increased gradually with the concentration rising.Little-polar allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump had a stronger inhibitory effect on Absolute germination rate,Absolute germination potential and dry weight than polar allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump.
