Investigation of Chemical Fertilizer Plant's Air Pollution and Assessment of Pollution Resisant species in Ningbo city

The local air pollution situation had been investigated in one area which concentrated industrial zones in Ningbo city,and had been found that the main air pollutants in the area were SO2 and NOx.During the investigation,SO2 and NO2 had been measured the highest concentration were 0.164 mg/m3 and 0.120 mg/m3 respectively in sunny days,the limits of concentration had met the tertiary state standards.However,they had been measured the highest concentration respectively were 0.326 mg/m3 and 0.186 mg/m3 in cloudy and rainy days,and had exceed the maximum permitted concentration of national standards.It Showed that pollution in the region had been impacted by the climate.In other words,the pollution was well in sunny,but in cloudy and rainy was more serious.At the same time,the growth of woody plants near the industrial zone had been investigated,and had been found that there were six kinds of palnts weakness in the anti-pollution,such as Cedrus deodara(Roxb.) G.Don,Cryptomeria fortunei Hooibrenk ex Otto et Dietr.,Elaeocarpus sylvestris(Lour.)Poir.and so on,there were twelve kinds of plants stronger in the anti-pollution,such as Hibiscus syriacus L.,Salix babylonica L.,Morus alba L.,Magnolia denudata Desr.Etc,and there were eighteen kinds of strong anti-pollution plants,such as Nerium indicum Mill.,Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl.,Ligustrum lucidum Ait.etc.
