Initially Analysis of the Chemical Composition Difference from Different Flue-cured Tobacco Position

Deng Chao et al.(Anhui Agricultural University,Hefei 230036,China)
Through the chemical composition examination to the different flue-cured tobacco leaf position in Nadan area, kown the chemistry quality from different flue-cured tobacco leaf position. The result showed that the distributed condition on magnesium condition is decreasing progressively fromtop down, the performance is the middle and low position lacks the magnesium obviously, the magnesium deficienticy degree from top down to assume the increasing tendency.Nicotine and total nitrogen content do not achieve the ideal level.Total sugar and reducing sugar content are all surpasses the best value, explained that magnesium deficiency cause the tobacco leaf maturity to be insufficient.K content is decreasing progressively fromtop down, and is in the suitable level.Because of the anti-function between Mg and K,causes the magnesium deficiency indirectly.
