Research on the Adaptability of Tripolium Vulgare under Saline-alkali stress

Pang BingLiang1 et al. (1 Forestry College,Shandong Agricultural University,Taian 271018,China)
We mainly studied different alkali-salt and salt concentration on the physiological activity of Tripolium vulgare in this experimet and analyzed different changes on SOD、POD、proline and soluble protein of Tripolium vulgare in different salt and salt concentrations,at last, explained its adaptation to different salt. Results show that with the extension of salt-stress,SOD activity first decreases then increases, but POD is increased.with the change of time and concentration,Soluble protein first increases and then decreases, and Proline content is increased.Variance analysis show that the difference between SOD activity and POD activity is extremely noticeable as Proline content, and the Soluble protein is noticeable.
