Effect of Nacl Stress to Osmotic Adjustment Substances of Tomato

Lu Zongchao (Department of biology,Dezhou university,Dezhou 253023,China)  
tomato was treated with different concentrations of NaCl (0,100,200,300 mmol/L),Growth and important os-motica contents were determined. The result showed that fresh and dry weights,K + contents,K + / Na + ,soluble sugar contents decrease with salt content increase. Na + contents,proline contents,MDA contents,osmotic potential reverse to FW. Salt content is one of stresses to growth of tomato,Osmotic adjustment substances increase have some important function to its growth in salt stress.
