The Pretreatmental Method of Measuring the Kalium Content of Tobacco Sample with the Flame Photometrythe

Flame photometry is frequently used in the measure of the kalium content of the tobacco. The pretreatment methods of the tobacco sample includes dry ashing,wet ashing ,extraction and microwave decomposement. In this paper,we compared these pretreatment methods to determine the kalium content of the tobacco samples with experiment. It indicated the accurate result could be attained by these methods. There was no remarkable difference among the pretreatment methods.
