Researching on the Adsorption of Organic Pollutant by Charcoal Prepared from Tea Powder

Guan Jiuhong(The Popularizing Centre of Forestry Science and Technology in Shaowu City,Shaowu 354000,China)  
The charcoal was prepared from tea powder at 250~400℃.The results showed that with the increase of temperature and holding time,the yield of carbonization was decrease.As the increase of temperature,the adsorption capability of ammonia and formaldehyde reached at a maximum point at 300℃,and then decreased,however,the adsorption capability of benzene was increase.Under the experiment condition,prolong the holding time did not benefit for the adsorption of benzene,ammonia and formaldehyde.
