Analyzing the Correlation Between the Difference of Total Sugar and Reducing Sugar and Sense Quality of Cured Tobacco

By the method of correlation analysis,relations between the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar of cured tobacco and the sense quality have been analyzed.Fuzzy scatter diagram is introduced for further analysis of the correlation to make full use of the fuzzy information of small sample.Also we set up a regression model.The result showed that there is not linear correlation between the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar and sense quality of cured tobacco,but is complex non-linear correlation between them.The whole sense quality is better when the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar is between 2.4 and 3.4.The sense quality is not only related to the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar but also to some other chemical compositions.
