Study on the Method of Detecting the Residue of Ofloxacin with Micrococcus luteus

Set up the detection method for the residue of Ofloxacin and detected it in animal dung,through preparing micrococcus luteus suspension,choosing optimum concentration of bacteria,and preparing standard response curve with statistical method and precision experiment.The results indicated that the minimum detection limits of Ofloxacin in phosphate buffered solution(PBS) were 0.5μg/ mL,and the work range of the standard curve was 0.5~8.0μg/g;The recoveries were 81.92±9.09 and 84.85±9.04 to add Ofloxacin into chicken manure by 1.000μg/g and 2.000μg/g.It indicated that the method was of high sensibility and recovery,simple operation,no special equipment needed,low expenditure of samples,easily extended,and it was suitable for quantitative analysis of Ofloxacin.
