L-tryptophan from Fermentation Liquid with Active Carbon Decoloration Technology Research

He Xina et al.(College of Life Sciences,Fujian Normal University,Fuzhou 350108,China)  
Activated carbon on decolorization of l-tryptophan fermentation technology study.The effects of active carbon amount,decolorization time,temperature and pH value on the decoloration rate and Adsorption rate were studied by using single factor test.The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the condition of decoloration.The results showed that the optimum condition was:active carbon dosage 0.5%,decoloration time 20 min,room temperature,pH2.0.
