Study on Extraction of Polysaccharide from Hippophae fhamnoides L.

The study aimed to optimize the Enzymatic extraction technique of polysaccharide from Hippophae fhamnoides L.The effects of extraction time,Enzyme dosage,pH and the temperature enzyme digestion on the yield of polysaccharide were explored by single-factor experiment,and the optimum technique parameter was determined by the orthogonal test.And then the Enzyme method extraction effect of the method was compared with that of water extraction,microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction.The optimal technique conditions for the extraction were: the extraction time 50min,the extraction temperature 55℃,PH 5.5,and the Enzyme dosage 2%,under these conditions,the highest yield of polysaccharide from Hippophae fhamnoides L.was 7.36%.
