Effects of Lead on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Peanut

With the sand culture method,this article studied the influence of lead on peanut seed germination rate,germination vigor,seedling height,root length,leaf chlorophyll content and root activity index,and analyzed the effect of lead on these indexes.The experiment results showed that: the lead has a certain effects on germination and seedlings growth of peanut seeds,germination rate,germination,seedling height,root length,leaf chlorophyll content and root activity and lead treatment concentration of peanut seeds were all highly significant negative correlation;in the aspect of lead inhibition poisoning,the effect of lead on the germination was greater than the germination rate,the effect of lead on the root length was greater than the plant height,the effect of lead on the chlorophyⅡ a was greater than the chlorophyⅡ b.
