A Research on the Location Value of Urban Land and the Theory in City Planning

There has been the problem of attaching the importance to the state of land, but neglecting forcasting the increase in its value in the future in the estimation of land values in cities in China, which often results in the incorrect assessment of urban land properties. This paper holds that the location is the criteria of measurement of urban land: the nearer to the center of the city, the dearer of the land value. Therefore prices of urban land can be set based on its distance from the city center.
