The Ways of the Adolescent's Self-Identity Achievement

PENG Yong-dong (School of Humanities and Economics , Hefei University of Technology, Hefei,230009,Anhui )  
Self-identity is an important concept which is the Erikson's personality development theory. This paper guides with the Marxism's Internal Cause Theory, analyses the display and the cause of the self-identity crises, basesd on the self-identity,which is the keys of the adolescent's sound personality, primarily discusses three ways of the adolescent's self-identity achievement, such as develop the identical emotion and attitude, develop the joined need and ability, develop the lasting aim and belief.
