COMPARISON BETWEEN THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF TEA SHORTS OF TEA-ARBOR COMPLEX GARDEN AND SINGLE TEA GARDEN IN SOUTH ANHUI

Huang Xiaolan, (Institute of Soil & Fertilizer, Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences) Ding Ruixing;Sun Yuhua, (Lab.of Agricultural Ecology, Nanjing Agricultural University)
Tea shorts of tea-arbor complex single tea garden and garden in diffe-rent seasons had been analysed in Xiuning county, Anhui province. Itwas found that the higher content of amino acids and zine, the lowersoluble alumina content and the suitable rate of Catechin to amino ac-ids were the basic property of complex garden. Thus the quality of teashorts of complex garden was better than that of single tea garden, espe-cially in springtime.
