The Content of Polyphenal and Anthoxanthin Materials in Different Mulberry Leaves

Liu Chunlian et al (Anhui Agricultural University,Hefei 230036)  
In this experiment,the content of polyphenal and anthoxanthin materials were tested by means of tartaric acid and Alcl 3 colorimetry.The result showed that polyphenal and anthoxanthin materials indeed existed in mulberry leaves,especially in tender leaves with high contain.
