Correlation and Regression Analysis Between Leaf Area, Mean Fruit Weight and Leaf Characteristic Values of Chinese Plum

Gao Shan (Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Hefei 230031)  
By the statistics analysis, the relationship between leaf area and leaf characteristic values of Chinese Plum (Prunus Salicina Lindl) was studied. Meanwhile, the relationship between its mean fruit weight and leaf characteristic value and leaf index was studied. The results showed that there existed a significant positive correlation between leaf area and leaf characteristics values of Chinese Plum, but the correlation between mean fruit weight and leaf characteristic values and leaf index was not significant.
